TRAUMA-INFORMED FACILITATION

Safe Spaces for Story, Healing, and Reconnection

I offer facilitation for communities navigating the tender work of healing, faith deconstruction, grief, and identity. Whether you're leading a church community, nonprofit team, or a small group, I can help you guide your people through hard conversations with care, clarity, and grounded compassion. My facilitation is trauma-informed, story-centered, and deeply rooted in the belief that
healing happens in community.

You don’t need to have all the answers—just the courage to do something different.

What I Offer :

“Story” - Trauma-Informed Writing Workshops

Interactive sessions where participants use personal storytelling to process faith, trauma, identity, and transformation. These can be tailored to fit your community's needs (single day, weekend intensive, or multi-week format).

“Hard Conversations” - Facilitated Group Conversations

Gentle, guided discussions on hard but necessary topics—spiritual abuse, church harm, doubt, trauma, rebuilding faith, grief, belonging. These can be held as part of retreats, trainings, or workshops.

“Spiritual Care” Training & Consulting

For leadership teams or staff, I provide consultation and training on trauma-informed spiritual care, hospitality for doubters and deconstructing believers, and building emotionally safe communities.

How it Works :

  • I’ll work with you to design a format that fits your group—from small circles to full congregations and teams.

  • We’ll name your goals and pain points together, and I’ll develop a plan that feels customized, grounded, and doable.

  • Sessions are always facilitated with warmth, slowness, and deep respect for people’s stories.
